FSA took into consideration information on non-placement of bonds KZ2C0Y08C584 (KKI_b1) of HOMEBROKER (Kazakhstan) on March 11 - September 10, 2010

/KASE, November 12, 10/ - HOMEBROKER (Almaty), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE a copy of a notice from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) of October 19, 2010, according to which FSA "takes into consideration the information that during the reporting period from March 11, 2010 to October 10, 2010, bonds of HOMEBROKER were not placed". According to the FSA information as of September 10, 2010, 1,029,800,000 units of the said bonds were not placed. The said bonds (KZ2C0Y08C584, KKI_b1; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; September 7, 2007 - September 7, 2015; semi-annual coupon indexed at the inflation rate, 12.00 % APR for the reporting coupon period; 30/360) have been included to KASE official list as Non-Rated Debt Securities, first sub-category.
