/IRBIS, November 8, 2010/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary government securities market, with 01 to November 5, 2010: - Weekly Balance net borrowing of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed at a rate of minus KZT2,587.9 million; - balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan had the following week at a rate of minus KZT54,916.9 million. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was minus KZT57,504.9 million. The minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the said amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - amounts to the issuer (issuer) do (taken) more than redeemed (paid off).
