KASE's Listing Commission approved admittance of NC KazMunayGaz planned international bonds into KASE official list's Rated Debts Securities category

/KASE, November 2, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of October 25, 2010 an approval was granted for admission of international bonds intended for issue by National Company KazMunayGaz (Almaty) into Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. This decision is at the same time a decision on inclusion of the said bonds into the mentioned category of KASE official list, which will be effective after the issuer has met conditions set forth by items 1-2 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". The mentioned bonds will be issued under the USD7.5 bn mid-term notes issue programme. Details on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after the said decision of the Listing Commission becomes effective. [2010-11-02]
