/IRBIS, November 1, 2010/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary market of government securities from October 25 to 29, 2010: - Weekly Balance net borrowing of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed at a rate of minus KZT10,528.4 million - with the volume of service at KZT25,528.4 million issuer made an auction of October 28, 2010 on placement of long-term treasury obligations MEUJKAM # 007 -180 (NIN - KZKAKY150076) in the amount of KZT15.0 billion; - balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan has developed for the week of plus KZT60,951.0 million. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was plus KZT50,422.6 million. The minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the said amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - amounts to the issuer (issuer) do (taken) more than redeemed (paid off).
