According to the document the company's shareholders took the following decisions: - approve the annual financial statements of the company in 2009; - Net income for 2009 of KZT83,205,000.0 to leave at the disposal of the company; - net profit for 2008 of KZT106,745,000.0 to leave at the disposal of the company.
