/IRBIS, October 11, 2010/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary government securities market, from October 4 to 8, 2010: - Weekly Balance net borrowing of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed at a rate of plus kZT11,383.7 million - with the volume of services in KZT1,368.6 million issuer held one auction October 6, 2010 on placement of short-term treasury bonds MEKKAM- 12 # 0110 (NIN - KZK1KY011107) amounting to KZT12.8 billion; - balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan had the following week at a rate of minus KZT27,854.9 million. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was minus KZT16,471.2 million. The minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the said amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - amounts to the issuer (issuer) do (taken) more than redeemed (paid off).
