/IRBIS, October 5, 2010/ - For the first half of 2010 gross external debt of the Republic of Kazakhstan excluding intercompany debt decreased by $ 3.7 billion and as at 30 June 2010 amounted to $ 59.4 billion, reported today by the National Bank of Kazakhstan .
