According to the document the Board of Directors took the following decisions: - stop the advance of the Director of LLP TD Vita Trade Mr. Shinkaruk Taras Yurevich from September 17, 2010; - appoint Mr. Alexey Bannikov Anatolevich as an acting director of LLP TD Vita Trade from September 17, 2010.
