Mr. Adil Mukhamedzhanov has appointed out as a Chairman of the Board of the Open Accumulative Pension Fund Otan

/IRBIS, September 27, 2010/ - In accordance with the Board of Directors of
OSPF "Otan" as the Chairman of the Board of the Fund appointed Mr. Adil
Bektasovich Mukhamedzhanov, reports today's press service the fund.
As indicated, Mr. Adil Mukhamedzhanov has higher economic education:
graduated from the Kazakh Economic University under T. Ryskulov
specializing in International Economic Relations, Bachelor of Nottingham
University (UK). Prior to his appointment he held various positions in the
KazTransOil, LLP Aral Petroleum Capital. Is an active member of the Board
of Directors of Caspian Energy Inc. TSX public co. and JSC "AsiaCredit
Bank" (AziyaKredit Bank).
Pension Fund Otan in accordance with the license issued by the FSA RK
exercise self-management of pension assets.
As of Aug. 1, 2010 NPF Otan among the top five leaders in the ratio of
nominal income. Yield on pension assets (ratio of nominal income) over 5
years was 44.95% per annum.
In September 2010, the amount of pension savings accumulated by JSC
Open Accumulative Pension Fund "Otan", topped KZT58.8 billion. Growth for
the period September 2009 - September 2010 amounted to KZT6 billion. As
of September 1, 2010 the number of Depositors Fund has reached 257,472
people.
In this case, accrued investment income for 8 months of 2010 exceeded
KZT2.42 billion.
Indicated that over two thirds of pension fund assets invested in securities
issued under the guarantee of state and government securities of
Kazakhstan, in non-equity securities organizations of Kazakhstan on the list
"A" Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
The structure of shareholders "OSPF" Otan "includes the shareholders of
JSC AsiaCredit Bank (AziyaKredit Bank). Among other things, the Fund's
shareholders - the leading industrial enterprises of Kazakhstan, such as JSC
KazZinc - supplier of non-ferrous and rare precious metals on world
commodity markets ; LLP Myrzakent-Holding - a company on the harvesting
and processing of cotton and JSC Yuzhpolymetal "- an undertaking recycling
of lead and gold-silver ores in southern Kazakhstan.
