/KASE, September 22, 10/ - As previously informed, By Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 21, 2010 to KASE official
list Rated Debt Securities category were included the following bonds of
National Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana):
- bonds KZP01Y07D853 (KZT1.0; KZT75.0 bn; 7 years, the semi-annual
coupon, 30/360)
- KZP02Y10D855 (KZT1.0; KZT75.0 bn; 10 years, the semi-annual coupon,
30/360).
This Listing Commission decision became effective from September 24, 2010
as the issuer paid KASE listing fees.
The trades opening in mentioned shares on KASE will also be announced
additionally.
These bonds issues are the first and second ones within the second bond
program of National Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna, registered by the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market
and Financial Organizations on September 16, 2010 to the total amount of
KZT150.0 bn, and respectively the 22nd and 23rd "internal" bonds issues
listed on KASE.
The underwriters on these bonds are BTA Bank JSC subsidiary BTA
Securities (Almaty), Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan subsidiary Halyk
Finance (Almaty) and Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana):
The registrar for National Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna is Registratorskaya
sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty)
The bonds were assigned the abbreviations (trading codes) SKKZb22 and
SKKZb23 respectively.
