Management Board of the National Welfare Fund SamrukKazyna decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares of JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom up to 2009

/IRBIS, September 1, 2010/ - JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Board of its sole shareholder - JSC "National Welfare Fund SamrukKazyna" dated August 13, 2010. According to the documents submitted the Board of JSC "National Welfare Fund SamrukKazyna" took the following decisions: - approve the annual financial statements of JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom the year 2009; - Consolidated net income of JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom for 2009 in the amount of KZT40,683,975,000.0 allocated as follows: - KZT4,068,398,000.0 for paying the dividends of the company; - rest in the amount of KZT36,615,577,000.0 leave the company's disposal. - approve the amount of dividend per ordinary share of JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom in the amount of KZT110.88; - the start date of dividend payment to determine on August 13, 2010.
