/KASE, August 31, 10/ - Batys tranzit (Almaty), bonds of which are listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of amendments to
the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2CKY13B996 (KASE official list Non-rated
Debt Securities second subcategory; BTTRb1; KZT100, KZT18,830.0 m; March 30,
06 - March 30, 19, the semi-annual coupon indexed at the inflation rate,
7.80 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360).
Amendments have been registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
(FSA) on August 18, 2010 and were made due to changes in Batys tranzit Board
of Directors and the general information on the company.
