announced its Second quarter Results for the period ended June 30, 2010. The
Second quarter Results together with a Management Discussion & Analysis have
been filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities. Copies of the

Highlights
- Production revenues for the quarter from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan sales
totaled some US6.03 m compared to USD2.8 m for the same period in 2009.
- The company recorded a net loss before taxation of USD1.89 m in the quarter
ended June 30, 2010 compared to a net loss of USD5.59 m in the same
period of Y2009.
- Capital expenditure in the three months of June 30, 2010 was USD7.31
compared to USD4.78 m in the same period of Y2009.
- Production expenses in the quarter were USD1.94 m compared to
USD0.96 m in the same period of Y2009.
