published on its website consolidated financial statements of JSC
"Pavlodarenergo" (Pavlodar) for the second quarter of 2010 at

The company's assets in the second quarter of 2010 increased by 26.4%
compared with the corresponding period last year and amounted to KZT
51,614.9 million. The funds of the company fell by 17.7% and reached KZT
477.0 million. Fixed assets increased by 8.8% and amounted to KZT 30,302.4
million. Intangible assets decreased by 10.6% and reached KZT 23.1 million.
Inventories increased by 1.7 times and amounted to KZT 2,273.1 million.
The obligations of the company during the second quarter of 2010 increased
by 27.4% compared with the corresponding period last year and reached
KZT18,868,7 million. Short-term financial liabilities increased by 1.8 times and
amounted to KZT1,934.0 million. Current Liabilities decreased by 45.2% and
fixed at KZT 564.9 million. Long-term financial obligations grew by 40.5% and
amounted to KZT11,292.6 million.
Total profit in the second quarter of 2010 increased by 6.7 times compared
with the corresponding period last year and amounted to KZT3,564.6 million.
