OJSC Gazprom Neft whas acquired a network of filling stations in Kazakhstan

/IRBIS, August 4, 2010/ - OJSC Gazprom Neft acquired a network of gas
stations in Kazakhstan, stated in a report released today the company.
As indicated in the message, "Gazprom Neft" has completed a deal with
Kazakhstan Company "ARNA Petroleum" to acquire a network of 20 service
stations, and 9 lands located in Almaty, Taldykorgan, Taraz and Shymkent.
Network stations in Kazakhstan will manage the Company "Gazprom Neft-
Kazakhstan", a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, formed in 2007. Fuel deliveries to
the station avtoazpravochnye company in Kazakhstan will be carried out with
the Omsk refinery.
Until the end of 2010 all gas stations the company in Kazakhstan will be
transferred under a single retail brand Gazpromneft. In 2011, the planned
commissioning of another 20 gas stations in Almaty and Astana.
"The development strategy of a unified network of service stations
Gazpromneft involves exit of the Company to the new fuel markets in Russia
and abroad. Acquisition Network stations in Kazakhstan - is another significant
step in this direction," - are reported comments Chairman of the Board
Gazprom Neft Mr. Alexander Dyukov.
