of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list,
provided to KASE the following press release of August 9, 2010:

NAC Kazatomprom announced Y2010 six months' production results.
The holding production plans in the first half of 2010 were implemented in the
full volume.
The production of uranium in the Republic of Kazakhstan made up 8,452 tons, by
42% higher if compared with the similar last year period. According to adjusted
plans the production of uranium in the second half of 2010 shall make up 9,770
tons. MAEK-Kazatomprom LLP on production of energy resources and water for
consumers in Aktau city and Mangistau Region during six months produced 2,143
m kilowatt-hour of energy, 1,538 th. heat energy and 538 m cubic meters of water.
The total profit of NAC Kazatomprom in six months of 2010 made up KZT105
billion 687 million that is by 58 % higher if compared with the similar 2009
period. Such increase (almost twice) of profit became possible due to uranium
products selling.
The net profit for 6 months of 2010 made up KZT19 billion 414 million that is by
64 % higher if compared with the similar last year period.
