(KASE) on July 20, 2010, KASE index dropped 1.77 points (0.13 %) from
1,402.60 to 1,400.83.
The first deal fixed index at 1,402.60. During trades the maximum value made up
1,414.65, the minimum - 1,398.25.
Volume of deals in shares, included to the index representative list, on July 20
against the previous trading day in tenge increased by 40.0. % and made up
KZT31.7 m (USD214.6 th.).

for calculation of the index, with account to capitalization of such issuers and

The KASE Index is calculated during a trading day as deals in the representative
list stocks are concluded. If during a trading day no deals are made in a
representative list stock, then for purposes of such calculation results of the
last resultant trade session are used.
