REVIEW: KASE share market in June, 2010

/IRBIS, July 16, 2010/ - In June 2010, on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on shares in all sectors recorded 1,215 deals worth KZT7,041.0 million or $47.9 million dollars at the current rate at the date of the transaction. This represents 25.8% of the monthly volume of transactions on the market corporate securities KASE (in May 2010 - 35.8%) and 0.3% of the total exchange monthly turnover (0.4%). As a result of June , 2010 at the KASE increased average daily price of 15% of the names of shares (in May 2010 - 15%), decreased - 57% of names (59%), prices of 13% of the shares has not changed (11%). Maximum trends on monthly results demonstrated the following tools: ATFB rose 191.10%, KAZI fell by 50.00%. In May 2010 AMGZp grew by 38.33%, CSBNp fell by 63.50%. On the London Stock Exchange (LSE) equity securities of companies in Kazakhstan showed up to the fall months. Depositary Receipts of Kazkommertsbank fell to 23.2% (in May 2010 fell by 19.5%), KAZAKHMYS PLC - to 16.1% (-17.2%), ENRC - by 14.2% (- 20.1%), JSC Exploration Production KazMunaiGas - by 13.3% (-13.0%), JSC "National Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" - by 4.5% (-12.6%).
