/KASE, July 16, 10/ - Kaspi Bank (Almaty), listing on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of changes to the issue
prospectus of bonds KZ2CKY07B204 (KASE, first subcategory of Non-rated
debt securities, CSBNb4; KZT20,000; KZT7.0 bn; 03.06.04 - 03.06.11,
semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 8.30 % APR as for the current
coupon period, 30/360).
The changes were registered with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on
regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA)
on July 12, 2010 and made in connection with changes of data on ratings of
Kaspi Bank, and changes in the management board of Kaspi Bank.
