Kazakhstan's BTA Bank amends the restructuring plan

/KASE, July 15, 10/ - BTA Bank (Almaty), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release of July 14, 2010: Quotation begins Herewith BTA Bank (the Bank) is announcing on changes in the Restructuring plan, in particular, that the new tenge-denominated bonds will be regulated in accordance with the England's law, and that 7.875 % bonds for a total of USD600 m maturing in Y2010 issued by TuranAlem Finance were removed from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. In addition the bank is informing the Creditors that the new bonds will be cleared through the Euroclear and Clearstream (Luxembourg).
