At present portfolio consists of 184 thousand housing savings contracts for a total contract amount of KZT301.8 billion, which is 1.5% of the economically- active population of the republic. As part of this strategy, the bank plans to increase its share in total deposits in the banks of the second level from the current 1.6% to 3.3%, and boost market share in loans for the construction and purchase of housing with 6.5% to 8.2%. In turn, Chairman of the Board "Construction Savings Bank" Mrs. Nurbubi Nauryzbaeva, speaking about the quality of its loan portfolio, noted that it is better than the market average. According to her the amount of loans for which there are delinquent payments, the order of KZT2.9 billion, which is about 5% of the total loan portfolio.
