In Astana was signed an agreement to establish a Joint Venture LLP Kazredmet between the company Laterra Amity (Japan) and JSC Center of the Earth Sciences, Metallurgy and Enrichment of Parasat Holding

/IRBIS, July 3, 2010/ - In Astana has completed its III Astana Economic Forum "Sustained economic growth in post-crisis period, sends today's press office of the Association of Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists". The organizers of the forum were the Association of Eurasian economic club of scientists "(AEEKU), Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC" Institute for Economic Research. As indicated in the III Astana Economic Business Forum where held Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, organized by the Ministry of Industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Union Atameken. The work of the Business Forum was attended by about 600 delegates representing 95 organizations from 34 countries in Europe and Asia. As a result of the Business Forum of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs have been signed: - Agreement on the establishment of the International Organizing Committee of the Eurasian Business Congress (EADK) which included 19 organizations. - Agreement on Cooperation between the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Union Atameken and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine. - Agreement on Cooperation between the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Union Atameken and the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. - Contract for the supply of technological equipment and services for the new electric plant between LLP ADL "Mangistau region and JSC SMS Konkast, Switzerland. - Agreement on Cooperation between the Union of non-profit organizations "Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (employers) of the Republic of Belarus, the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Union Atameken, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). The purpose of the Agreement is to coordinate and represent the interests of entrepreneurs of the parties in the process interaction in the Commission of the Customs Union and other intergovernmental, governmental, non- governmental organizations in the countries party to this Agreement. - Memorandum of Cooperation between the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Union Atameken and NGO to promote trade and economic cooperation "Eurasian Business Council." Also, the results of the session "The Formation of the global energy and environmental policies" have been signed: - Agreement to work together on transfer of innovative technologies and products between the Center for Advanced Materials University of Houston, Texas (USA), AO Foundation for Science and the Physical-Technical Institute Holding Parasat. - Memorandum on the establishment of a joint venture LLP Kazredmet "between the company Laterra Amity Co LTD (Japan) and JSC" Center of the Earth Sciences, Metallurgy and Enrichment of Parasat Holding. - Memorandum on mutual cooperation in the field of science and innovation activities between the Association of Kazakh-Japanese business and humanitarian cooperation "Progress" and JSC "Science Foundation" of Parasat Holding. - Letter of Intent between the International Bureau of the Federal Ministry for Education and Research and Holding Parasat [2010-07-03]
