/IRBIS, June 30, 2010/ - JSC Mangistau Electricity Distribution Company (Aktau, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of the annual general meeting of shareholders on May 25, 2010 year. According to documents submitted shareholders of the company took the following decisions: - approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for the year 2009; - approve the following allocation of net income for 2009 of KZT305,159,000.0: - KZT152,579,500.0 (50% of net income) for paying dividends on ordinary shares of the company for the year 2009; - KZT152,579,500.0 (50% of net income) to leave the company's disposal for the implementation of investment projects; - determine the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company in the amount of KZT76.85.
