Moscow Arbitration Court has registered five cases of ATTA Mortgage from Turanalem Finance on recovery of 4.1 billion rubles

/IRBIS, June 8, 2010/ - June 4, 2010 the Moscow Arbitration Court has
registered five cases from Turanalem Finans, which is the Russian
"daughter" of Kazakhstan's BTA Bank, to the ATTA Mortgage company
totaling 4,112 billion rubles. Such information is placed in the official file
cabinet of the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
Dates of consideration of disputes has not yet been appointed, the essence
of the claim is unknown.
At the same time registered in the files lawsuit "ATTA Mortgage" to "BTA
Finance - the invalidation of contracts between the parties.
The Arbitration Court of Moscow is considering a lawsuit Ltd. Goldman
Sachs to recover from BTA Bank and TuranAlem Finance 3,178 billion
rubles. The lawsuit is related to defaults on the bond issue. Goldman Sachs
is the holder of bonds of BTA Bank. The company purchased them in 2005.
Maturity day of securities in 2009. In connection with the defaults, Goldman
Sachs seeks to recover the amount of value and interest. The second
defendant to sponsor a bond issue.

acquisition of mortgages, sale and securitization of mortgage loans in order
to attract financial resources for refinancing loans, mortgage servicing
assets.
