/KASE, May 28, .10/ - May 28, 2010 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) approved the new plan of VITA (Almaty) to eliminate
reasons that had entailed the restructuring. The plan was approved by the Board
of directors May 20, 2010.
