BTA Bank (the Bank) is pleased to announce that all decisions in regard of the
Restructuring plan were approved at recurrent meetings of holders of Eurobonds
in circulation as on May 24, 2010.
The Bank released at www.bta.kz/en/investor the Information Memorandum with
the amendments showing detailed changes in Appendix 1 to the Information
Memorandum dated May 19, 2010.
