As of May 1, 2010, assets denominated in foreign currencies amounted to 41.9% of total assets (KZT4,999.5 billion), loans issued in foreign currency - 55.8% (KZT5,240,400,000,000), liabilities denominated in foreign currencies - 49.0% (KZT6,094.4 billion), customer deposits denominated in foreign currencies - 37.5% (KZT2,757.2 billion). The structure of credit portfolio of banks share of standard loans amounted to 26.0, suspicious - 44.1%, bad - 29,9% (the proportion of bad loans without regard to banks, which it was decided to restructure the obligations of the loan portfolio amounts to - 9.9%). The share of highly liquid assets to total assets of banks amounted to 22.6%. For violation of banking legislation in April, the banks were issued a written order, 4 Letter of Intent, and 8 written warnings. As of May 1, 2010 during the forced liquidation by a court decision has 2 banks (JSC Currency-Transit Bank JSC and JSC Nauryz Bank of Kazakhstan ").
