From May 4 as the managing director - the Board Chairman Deputy was assigned Bolat Palymbetov. Previously he was NC SPK Kaspi Board Chairman Deputy, the vice-minister of economy and budget planning, akim of Mangistau Region, director general of KazTransOil. The authorized body managing director was assigned Bolat Akchulakov, previously the managing director of Samruk-Kazyna, the vice-minister of energy and mineral resources, the executive director of NC KazMunaiGas. During work in Samruk-Kazyna he was NC KazMunaiGas Board of Directors member.
