According to the documents submitted Board of Directors took the following decisions: - pre-approval of annual financial statements of the company in 2009. Remove annual financial statements of the company in 2009 for approval of AGM; - propose to the general meeting of shareholders to determine the following allocation of net income for 2009 of KZT305,159 00.0: - KZT152,579,500.0 m. for paying the dividends on ordinary shares; - KZT152,579,500.0 m.
