KASE Listing Commission agreed to include planned for issue international bonds of National Atomic Company Kazatomprom to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, May 5, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission
decision of May 5, 2010 was agreed inclusion to the KASE official list Rated
Debt Securities category of planned for issue international bonds (to $500.0 m;
to 7 years; the semi-annual coupon, 30/360) of National Atomic Company
Kazatomprom (Almaty).
This decision is simultaneously is the decision on inclusion of mentioned bonds
to the mentioned KASE official list category, which shall become effective once
the issuer fulfills terms, set forth by items 1-2 of article 18 of the KASE
internal documents "Listing Rules".
BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan are joint leading managers and book runners of
the planned bonds issue, Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan
Halyk Finance (Almaty) if the leading manager of these bonds in Kazakhstan.
National Atomic Company Kazatomprom is the national operator on export and
import of uranium and is responsible for exploration, import and export of
uranium and its compounds.
Details on mentioned bonds issue will be available on KASE website once the
mentioned Listing Commission decision becomes effective.
