Bonds KZP02Y05C287 (KAFIb2) of KazAgroFinance (Kazakhstan) are removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative from April 28, 2010

/KASE, April 28, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission from April 28, 2010 bonds KZP02Y05C287 (KAFIb2; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; March 10, 09 - March 10, 14; the semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance (Astana) were removed from the KASE official list. According to the KASE conclusion of April 19, 2010, KASE received from KazAgroFinance the following documents: - letter # 08-01/2140 of April 19, 2010 with the request on voluntary delisting of mentioned bonds due to the decision of KazAgroFinance Board of Directors to annul the mentioned bonds issue; - the copy of minutes of KazAgroFinance Board of Directors absentee meeting of April 13, 2010 on the decision to annul the mentioned bonds issue; - the copy of extract from bonds holders registers system that as of April 2, 2010 on the issue account of KazAgroFinance were kept all 10,000,000 bonds. Based on the above stated and in compliance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" mentioned bonds were de- listed. Mentioned bonds were include to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category from March 10, 2009 and started being traded from April 9, 2009. during their circulation on KASE no deals were made in mentioned bonds.
