/KASE, April 27, 10/ - After trades on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on
April 27, 2010 KASE Index fell 6.05 bps (0.33 %) from 1,820.74 to 1,814.69.
The first deal fixed the index at 1,819.54. During the trade the index was the
highest at 1,827.39 and the lowest at 1,814.40.
The index traded value on April 27 fell against the previous trading day in KZT
terms 2.2 times and reached KZT48.5 m (USD331.0 th).

The KASE Index shows a change in prices of the index representative list stocks
for calculation of the index, with account to capitalization of such issuers and
a number of such stocks in free float. One stock's weight must not exceed 15 %.
The KASE Index is calculated during a trading day as deals in the representative
list stocks are concluded. If during a trading day no deals are made in a
representative list stock, then for purposes of such calculation results of the
last resultant trade session are used.
