/KASE, April 20, 10/ - Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release dated April 19, 2010: Quotation begins Bank CenterCredit today announced to have replaced CeneterCredit International B.V. as an issuer of termless USD100 m 9.125 % APR Eurobonds. The bondholders approved the issuer replacement April 16, 2010. The bondholders had additional and revised payment agent agreement and trust management agreement signed by April 16.
