Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release dated April 19, 2010:

Bank CenterCredit today announced to have replaced CeneterCredit
International B.V. as an issuer of termless USD100 m 9.125 % APR Eurobonds.
The bondholders approved the issuer replacement April 16, 2010. The
bondholders had additional and revised payment agent agreement and trust
management agreement signed by April 16.
"Listing of the Notes on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange will allow for increasing
liquidity, enlarge a range of instruments and promote transactions on the
Kazakhstan securities market, and receive tax benefits specified with the current
legislation", Bank CenterCredit chairman Vladislav Li said.
