Bank of Kazakhstan" was agreed by the contract a bank loan for $ 400
million for 15 years, in which ENRC acts as a guarantor of the obligations
of JSC "Kazakhstan electrolysis plant."The loan will be used to recover
the costs incurred by funds for the construction of the first and partially the
second stage of Kazakhstan electrolysis plant. Borrowings will be
provided to JSC" KEZ "from the preferential line of credit from EXIM Bank
of China, opened the Kazakhstan Development Bank" - the report
