/KASE, April 15, 10/ - Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register as on March 31, 2010. The registrar is REESTR (Almaty). According to the extract: - the total of authorized common shares KZ1C40310019 is 20,000,000, preferred shares KZ1P40310115 - 3,000,000; - 13,637,563 common shares and 2,619,626 preferred shares were offered; - the only shareholder owning five or more percent of outstanding shares is National welfare fund Samruk-Kazyna, holding 10,891,527 shares (67.0 % of outstanding shares), including 9,136,563 common shares (67.00 % of outstanding common shares of the bank) and 1,754,964 preferred shares (66.99 % of outstanding preferred shares).
