/KASE, April 15, 10/ - EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (London), common shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the following press release of April 14, 2010: quotation starts Today Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant (KEP) and Development Bank of Kazakhstan agreed on terms of the loan to the amount of $400 m for 15 years. ENRC PLC is the guarantor of obligations fulfillment by KEP on this loan. This loan will be used to reimburse costs of construction of the first and partially the second stages of KEP. The loans will be provided based on preferential credit line from EXIM Bank China, opened for Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
