"Samruk-Kazyna" and Akimat of Astana have concluded the cooperation agreement in habitation distribution

/IRBIS, April 8, 2010/- Fund of National Well-Being of Samruk-Kazyna and Akimat of Astana have concluded the cooperation agreement on distribution of habitation, - it's informed on April 7 by Fund press-service. As it is specified, on April, 07th the Chairman of Board of joint-stock company Fund of National Well-Being Samruk-Kazyna Mr. Kajrat Kelimbetov and Akim (Mayor)cities of Astana Mr. Imangali Tasmagambetov have concluded the cooperation agreement on distribution of a pool of habitation of joint-stock company Fund of the real estate "Samruk-Kazyna". "The purpose of the given cooperation is intention of the parties to create a condition of availability of habitation of Fund of the real estate for the population of a city of Astana", - is specified in the message. It is informed that on agreement conditions Akimat will give to Fund of the real estate lists of the townspeople requiring habitation according to operating acts of Republic Kazakhstan. Thus the real estate Fund at realization of premises will provide priority the persons who are in lists. Distribution of apartments of Fund of the real estate will be carried out according to Rules of realisation of inhabited and uninhabited (commercial) premises. Thus, the habitation will be given only under condition of solvency acknowledgement in the order established by Rules. Representatives of Akimat will be included in the Housing commission of Fund of the real estate which will be engaged in consideration of questions of distribution of premises among applicants. Besides employees of Akimat as a part of the commission there will be representatives НДП "Nur Otan", JSC "Fund of national well-being of Samruk- Kazyna", real estate Fund, and also the National union of businessmen and employers of Kazakhstan Atameken.
