Changes in National company Food contract corporation (Kazakhstan) Board of Directors

/KASE, March 18, 10/ - National company Food contract corporation (Astana, hereinafter - the Corporation), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that by the National Holding KazAgro (hereinafter - the Holding) decision of January 29, 2010 were early terminated authorities of the Board Chairman Liliya Mussina as the Corporation Board of Directors member. As the Corporation Board of Directors was elected Berik Beisengaliev. Also, as the Board of Directors member - independent director of the Corporation was assigned Mukhamedjan Duisebaev. Authorities of Nurlan Tleubaev as the Board of Directors member - independent director were terminated. [2010-03-18]
