According to the decision, means in the sum of 599 838 thousand tenge will be directed in the form of two target current transfers. The first tranche at a rate of 499 838 thousand tenge will be directed on rendering of material aid to inhabitants of villages Kyzyls-Agash and Eginsu and on carrying out of prime works on restoration. The second tranche, at a rate of 100 million tenge, is intended for building of new apartment houses. Also K. Masimov has signed the decision about material assets of the state material reserve for liquidation Emergencies in Almaty area. According to all available data from Ministry of Emergency Measures RK, the number of victims of rupture of a dam has reached 37 persons, in village Kyzyl- Agash 80 % of farmsteads from 465 court yard are destroyed.
