/KASE, March 2, 10/ - The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) assigned beginning March 3, 2010 HOMEBROKER (Almaty) market maker status on bonds XS0426508627 (KASE, sector "Securities of international financial organizations", EABRK280414; KZT10.0 m, KZT20.0 bn; 28.04.09 - 28.04.14, semiannual coupon, 15 % APR as for the first circulation year, then floating indexed to inflation rate; 30/360) of Eurasian Bank of Development. The decision was made on the basis of request of HOMEBROKER in accordance with article 4 of KASE internal document "Rules on Market Maker Activities". HOMEBROKER lost market maker on bonds XS0426508627 on February 15, 2010 after the company failed on February 10 and 11, 2010 to maintain mandatory quotes on the bonds during a trading day, violating item 15 of KASE internal document "Specification on market maker status for stock market members".
