FSA takes notice shares of AMF Group (Kazakhstan) not offered July 1, 2009 - January 1, 2010

/KASE, February 17, 10/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) dated February 2, 2010 according to which FSA "takes to notice shares of AMF Group were not placed July 1, 2009 through January 1, 2010". According to FSA as on January 1, 2010, 51,940,000 common shares of AMF Group were not offered. [2010-02-17]
