KazTransOil will refocused its deliveries to Europe via Poland

/IRBIS, February 11, 2010/ - KazTransOil be supplied Kazakh oil to Eastern
Europe through Ukraine to the southern branch of the Druzhba oil pipeline, will
refocus its deliveries to Europe via Poland, described in published today by
Information Agency "Novosti-Kazakhstan", with reference at the press service
KazTransOil.
"JSC" Ukrtransnafta written informed us that they broke with the January 26,
2010 agreement on transporting Kazakh oil through Ukraine. The reason for
terminating the contract the Ukrainian side has not yet been voiced, "- said a

alternative directions of export of Kazakh oil".
