JSC National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna plans to attract loans from the ADB about KZT75 billion to support SMEs

/IRBIS, February 9, 2010/- In 2010, JSC "National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna"
plans to attract long-term loan from the Asian Development Bank's KZT75 billion
for the financial support of small and medium businesses,- said in a report
published today by the press Service Fund.
As stated, today at a meeting of the Government of Chairman of the Board of the
Fund Kairat Kelimbetov presented the objectives of the Fund in 2010.
As stated in the current year and the banks will be implemented SME credit
guarantee program in the BWI, on which the Fund "Damu" provides 4 billion
tenge. With funding from FSA in the amount of 2 billion tenge will be
implemented a program of concessional finance leasing transactions SME. For
the active development of an instrument of lease will establish a joint
leasing company within the Group Fund.
"The main effect of public investment in the development of SMEs, carried out in
2001-2009, respectively, impact, given the time lag, in 2012-2013, which will
also positively affect the business sector", - considers K. Kelimbetov.
