National company KazMunayGas (Kazakhstan) sings a Memo with domestic producers

/KASE, February 2, 10/ - National company KazMunayGas (Astana), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a statement dated February 1, 2010: Quotation begins NC KazMunayGas with assistance of akimats of the Northern Kazakhstan and Western Kazakhstan oblasts visited local producers and service companies in Petropavlovsk (January 26) and Uralsk (January 29) with an aim of cooperation. Representatives of EP KazMunayGas, KazTransOil, KazTransGas, Intergas Central Asia, MNC KazMunayTeniz, Trade House KazMunayGas, Atyrau Oil Refinery Plant, Pavlodar petrochemistry plant, and SV Tengizshevroil, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating, and NCOC traveled in the line-up of KazMunayGas. During the talks in Petropavlovsk EP KazMunayGas entered into memorandums with Petropavlovsk heavy engineering plant, Munaymash, the Kirov plant, TOO VF Poisk for delivery of goods in 2010 for a total of USD2 bn. In Uralsk EP KazMunayGas and West Kazakhstan Engineering Company signed a memorandum on delivery of goods for a total of KZT700 m. A similar agreement for rendering services on repairs of gas compressor units was concluded with Intergas Central Asia. Besides, KazMunayGas specialists visited a number of engineering plants in the regions to familiarize with production processes, discussed cooperation prospects and further cooperation to increase Kazakhstan content in oil and gas projects.
