The registrar is Tsentr DAR (Almaty). According to the extract: - the total of authorized shares of the bank (common stock only KZ1C47810011) is 2,119,519; - 2,066,525 shares were offered; - the only entity holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), owning all outstanding shares of the bank.
