Commercial oil in the U.S. on last week rose by 1.2 million barrels - API

/IRBIS, January 13, 2010/ - The American Petroleum Institute (API) published a report according to which for the week ending 08 January 2010, commercial oil reserves in the U.S. increased by 1.2 million barrels. Gasoline inventories rose 6.8 million barrels, while distillate stocks - by 3.6 million barrels. American Petroleum Institute is national non-governmental organization engaged in research on all aspects and ensures that activities are management issues in the field of oil and gas industry. Today is scheduled for release official data of State Energy Information Administration (EIA) U.S. Department of Energy on the weekly change in commercial stocks of crude oil and petroleum products in the country. According to the previous EIA report oil reserves in the U.S. for the week ending 01 January 2010, rose by 1.3 million barrels to 327.3 million. In this gasoline inventories rose 3.7 million barrels to 219.7 million, and distillate stocks declined by 233.0 thousand barrels to 159.0 million. [2010-01-13]
