of major events and their investment ideas and forecast to IRBIS on December

international stock markets:
- on Thursday the stocks trades were in a reduced mode in the United States,
but this did not prevent the leading U.S. indices finish the session increased

Agricultural credit corporation (AGKKb1, PEFC. Yield - 11%, net price -
93.3726% of face value, the current coupon rate - 8.1% per annum, repayment
period: 10.08.12 - 20.08.12). Analysts of ASYL INVEST considered attractive
options these securities based on low risk of insolvency of the issuer. The sole
shareholder is the National Holding KazAgro, completely controlled by the
Government of Kazakhstan. In addition, analysts ASYL INVEST does not
exclude a positive effect on the bond issuer's message regarding the completion
of negotiations with Commerzbank AG with regard to changes in the terms of the
contract for a loan of $ 136 million, on which there were violations in July this
year and the elimination of the Issuer from CreditWatch rating agency S&P, with
