/IRBIS, December 28, 09/ - According to Itar-Tass average exchange rate of the ruble on the basis of a unified trading session (ETS) on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) increased by 21.35 kopecks and amounted to 29,6120 per dollar.
