/KASE, December 28, 09/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission from December 28, 2009 bonds KZ2C0Y05D059 (KASE official list buffer category, KMSBb1; KZT10,000, KZT2.5 bn; June 2, 08 - June 2, 13, four month coupon 15.00 % APR; 30/360) of KOMBISNAB (Almaty Region) are excluded from KASE official list In the KASE conclusion of November 19, 2009 it is noted that bonds from October 2, 2009 were transferred from KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory to buffer category, as KOMBISNAB failed to pay the interest on bonds. In compliance with sub-item 8) of item 13-16 of Appendix to Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Requirements for Issuers whose Securities are Intended to Inclusion or Included to the official list of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and for such Securities" of May 8, 2008 # 04.2-09/119 securities are subject to delisting if during their presence in the buffer category, apart from incompliance, which entailed their transfer to this category, they do not comply with other requirements of item 11 of this Appendix. According to KOMBISNAB 2008 financial statements, approved by the auditors' report, the equity capital as of December 31, 2008 had a negative balance (KZT- 198.0 m), which does not comply with the listing requirements, established by sub-item 5) of item 11 of this Appendix. Therefore, bonds were de-listed. Bonds were included to KASE category "B" official list from July 2, 2008, and from September 1, 2008 were transferred to KASE official list Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory, and from October 2, 2009 - to the buffer category. Trades were opened from August 14, 2008. During bonds circulation their yield to maturity for a buyer (on deals, made by open trades methods) varied from 11.00 to 500.00 % APR. [2009-12-28]
