Draft version of Customs Code project of Kazakhstan will be developed till February 1, 2010

/IRBIS, December 21, 09/ - Customs Code of Kazakhstan is likely to come into force simultaneously with the code of the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus - said Mr. Igor Ten Deputy Chairman of Customs Control Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the launch of Customs Code of the participating countries in the Union Astana. "Under the old Code will be live before July 01, 2010, because the new code comes into force at July 1, 2010.
